Accessible Characteristics of women social entrepreneurs in the Andean municipalities of the department of Quindío, Colombia
Abstract
The object of this investigation was oriented to the determination of the factors that affect the social entrepreneurship of women in the Andean municipalities of Quindío, based on cultural, social and economic factors that are part of the entrepreneurial environment. In this way, it was possible to identify the impact on the entrepreneurial intention and the characteristics of women entrepreneurs and, therefore, new ways to encourage and support these ventures, in such a way that they contribute to strengthening the business dynamics of the region, especially in the Andean area of the department, in addition to developing an entrepreneurial culture that can generate future economic stability for the population and that seeks to generate employment in the local, regional and national community. To carry out this research work with total rigor, a methodology has been proposed in which it is proposed to carry out a descriptive exploratory study. The proposed information collection instrument is the survey and descriptive statistical methods will be used to interpret the information collected.
